**Photo, Media, and Promotional Release**: By participating, I grant Miss Immigrant USA (MIUSA) and its associates the unrestricted rights to utilize any photographs, films, or video recordings of me, sourced from the internet, social media, or any other platforms. Furthermore, I authorize MIUSA to use any photographs, videos, and materials from photo shoots, pageants, events, or competitions involving me for purposes of marketing, advertising, promotion, and management at MIUSA’s sole discretion upon my application and registration.

**Usage Restrictions**: I acknowledge and agree that I am prohibited from using the “Miss Immigrant” name or any derivative thereof for any purpose, including but not limited to promoting myself on social media, the internet, or any business engagements in any events without the express consent of MIUSA. The exclusive rights to utilize promotional materials on behalf of Miss Immigrant USA and in group competitions reside solely with the MIUSA Organization.

**Duration of Agreement**: These terms and conditions are binding for the duration of the current year and will automatically renew in subsequent years unless otherwise terminated.

**Jurisdiction and Governing Law**: Any disputes arising under these terms will be governed by the laws of the State of New York and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York City.

**Liability Release**: I hereby release the Miss Immigrant USA Organization and its associates from all liabilities related to injuries, accidents, and loss of personal belongings incurred during the competition, associated travel, and during all pageant-related events and activities.

**Binding Agreement**: This application constitutes a legally binding agreement between the participant and the Miss Immigrant USA Organization.
